What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead digital health product and delivery work—especially Health AI—where I can apply standards (FHIR/WHO SMART), strengthen interoperability, and use data, QA, and user feedback to improve outcomes with cross-functional teams.

I’m a Senior Product Manager with 8+ years of experience building and improving digital health and Health AI solutions, grounded in user-centered system design and agile delivery. I bring a strong track record of stakeholder management, quality assurance, and risk management—using data and user feedback to continuously optimize products and workflows.

In my current role as Senior Technical Product Manager and Head of Project Management & Delivery, I manage a portfolio of 15 digital transformation and product development initiatives across Kenya, Ethiopia, and Botswana. I lead continuous improvement of Open Health Stack-based applications by analyzing data, analytics, user feedback, system performance, and implementation challenges, while partnering closely with engineering and QA teams to deliver roadmap outcomes on time and to specification. I also champion standards adoption, including FHIR and WHO SMART Guidelines, to strengthen interoperability and implementation quality.

Previously at InnovateHealth Africa, I defined product vision, roadmaps, and strategy for digital health design and innovation, including AI products, from concept to launch. I facilitated end-user requirements elicitation sessions aligned to WHO SMART Guidelines and ensured product development matched security and data protection policies. Earlier, as a World Health Digital Innovation Fellow, I supported national policy and system strengthening efforts for essential diagnostics and medical devices, including AI and Machine Learning incorporation into workflows, and provided technical support for capacity development and technology assessments in low-resource settings.
