At Mercy First, I conduct recruitment, pre-hire checks, onboarding, employee-record management, and HR compliance support using Paycom and Applicant Stack. I partner with managers on hiring reviews, candidate movement, interviews, and confidential personnel documentation.
Previously, I delivered case management, family reunification, and long-term care planning for unaccompanied minors in Office of Refugee Resettlement programs. I bring experience with immigration-related services, trauma-informed care, federal documentation requirements, legal research, and bilingual English-Spanish communication.
