I am a recruiter with experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes in a global professional services firm. I focus on sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and managing candidate pipelines from application through offer.

At PwC I sourced talent using platforms such as LinkedIn, JobsDB and eFinancialCareers, reviewed qualifications, scheduled interviews and collected pre-employment paperwork for local and international hires. I also negotiated offers and ensured budget alignment.

I supported weekly data analysis, report preparation and record tracking to maintain accurate hiring metrics and to improve process transparency. I conducted market research to monitor changes in the job market and industry hiring dynamics.

My training includes a Certificate Course on the Employment Ordinance, and I bring strong communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a collaborative, candidate-focused approach to recruiting.
