Ioanna Theou

I'm currently supporting Zara Utrecht's daily store operations, coaching new employees and delivering customer service in a fast-paced international environment.

Previously at GANT, I coordinated stockroom and inventory activities, including tracking, replenishment and product organisation, to maintain product availability and support sales. I've also supported research at the Institute of International Economic Relations, maintaining an electronic database and helping organise seminars and workshops.

I write analytical articles for Apollo.org.gr on foreign policy, geopolitics and international affairs, synthesising multiple sources into clear, structured content.

Alongside my International Relations background, I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science and Techniques. I bring organised coordination, research, client communication and a proactive approach to solving customer and operational needs.
