What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow B2B customer relationships in SaaS, fintech, technology, or sustainability-focused environments, owning retention, renewal, upsell, forecasting, and value realization while collaborating closely with Product and Partnerships teams.

I've managed high-volume B2B account portfolios at Revolut, Tripadvisor, ReviewPro, McKinsey & Company, and Snowdrop Solutions. At Revolut Business, I owned a large book of accounts against revenue and engagement targets, increasing retention by 44% and exceeding quarterly KPIs by 100%+.

I build client value through strong relationships, pipeline management, forecasting, renewals, and upsell. At McKinsey, I used Excel and Looker to prioritise engagement and lift retention by 20%, while at ReviewPro I drove 20% pipeline growth and 40% higher retention.
