What I'm looking for
I’m someone who feels most comfortable when I understand the “why” behind how things work. After several years in sales and operational analysis, I developed a real passion for turning data into relevant information that people can understand.
Currently, I’m responsible for creating and implementing work schedules for call center agents. I balance colleagues’ preferences, client requirements, and operational factors, while monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing work schedules.
I create and update daily and weekly reports on productivity and resource utilization, then interpret data to identify deviations from established objectives. I collaborate with team managers to adjust planning and improve operational efficiency, and I present findings in a clear, accessible format.
Previously, I worked in sales roles where I handled customer needs, updated CRM data, and supported targets through clear communication. Right now, I’m learning SQL and building my analytical skills as I take the next step toward a data analysis role—grounded in logic, structure, and curiosity.
