What I'm looking for

I seek a technical role in a globally oriented organization where I can lead VoIP/contact center projects, integrate communications with CRM/ticketing, mentor teams, and advance infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

I am a communications engineer with over four years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting VoIP systems, contact centers, and IT infrastructure for government, banking, and corporate clients. I have led deployments integrating VoIP with CRM and ticketing systems, managed Windows Server Active Directory, and delivered training and technical support both onsite and remotely.

My work includes building large-scale contact centers (150+ IP phones), configuring gateways (E1, GSM, FXS/FXO), and maintaining servers using VMware and Linux. I hold CCNA and multiple Yeastar certifications, and I focus on reliable, secure communications solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
