What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver network, virtualization, cloud, and data center initiatives where I can strengthen infrastructure governance, mentor technical teams, and improve service reliability.

I'm leading the University of Tripoli's Digital Infrastructure Department, building its full digital architecture across the core data center and campus-wide network. I established Networks, Systems, and Software units, designed critical systems, and introduced governance for IT service delivery.

At Modern Systems and Technology Co., I delivered network, virtualization, cloud, wireless, and data center solutions for clients including the Central Bank of Libya, National Oil Corporation, Nuran Bank, and ALHAYES Shopping Center. My work maintained 99.5% network uptime, moved 20+ applications to OpenStack with a 30% annual operational-cost reduction, supported 550+ wireless users, and reduced provisioning from days to hours through a custom SDN framework.
