I’m looking to lead production and delivery for AA/AAA creative teams—turning ambiguity into scalable workflows, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring predictable, high-quality releases in fast-paced environments.

I’m a Production & Delivery Project Manager with 8+ years of experience leading distributed cross-functional teams across AA/AAA game development, creative production, outsourcing, and corporate environments. I specialize in end-to-end production operations in ambiguous, fast-paced conditions—turning unclear requirements into structured delivery pipelines while keeping creative, technical, and operational stakeholders aligned.

In my current role as Team Lead (GameDev) at RocketBrush Studio, I lead and mentor Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, production visibility, and operational alignment across multiple concurrent projects (~1500 production hours/month). I’ve designed Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems to reduce coordination overhead and improve transparency, planning accuracy, and operational visibility, and I supported production efficiency through AI-assisted workflow optimization for selected 2D asset pipelines. Earlier, as a Project Manager, I independently managed 3–5 concurrent AA/AAA productions, coordinating teams of 4–25 specialists while stabilizing delivery plans, milestones, and client communication in evolving creative directions. My background also includes operations coordination and English communication coaching, plus international law work (cross-border disputes and recovery), which sharpened my negotiation, structured decision-making, and high-pressure coordination skills.
