What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer support and organized administrative work, while using tools like Excel and Tableau to manage data clearly. I want a fast-paced, supportive team where I can solve problems efficiently and grow.

I’m a detail-oriented and reliable professional with experience in customer support, administrative assistance, and data management. In my Sales Associate role, I provided clear product information on solar equipment, assisted customers with selections based on their needs, and resolved inquiries professionally to build trust and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

In prior work, I managed schedules and organized meetings, handled correspondence (including emails and phone calls), tracked project progress, and supported customer quotation drafting using Excel.
