Hello! I'm Ingrid, an internationally educated professional who bridges research, data analysis, and client-facing service. I help organisations make sense of complex information, whether that's analysing data to support decisions, translating insights for stakeholders, or advising clients to create memorable experiences.
During my Master's in International Leisure, Tourism and Events Management at NHL Stenden in Leeuwarden, I developed strong research skills through my thesis on social sustainability and gender equality in leisure contexts. This qualitative research experience taught me to investigate complex topics, synthesise information, and present structured insights.
As a Junior Data Analyst at Earthlink, I strengthened my analytical foundation using Excel and SQL to analyse pricing data, identify trends, and support business decisions. I learned to make complex information accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
Most recently, at Costa Navarino in Greece, I worked in a fast-paced, international environment where I managed daily communication with 80+ guests, coordinated bookings across multiple departments, and promoted premium experiences. Beyond day-to-day service, I took on responsibilities that shaped team operations, such as training new colleagues, creating training documents and SOPs, and compiling end-of-season revenue reports across 8+ departments. This experience gave me valuable insight into how commercial operations work and how data supports decision-making across different business units.
