Previously, I served as a Work Force Management Analyst at Teleperformance Hellas, where I honed my skills in scheduling, real-time monitoring, and performance analysis. My experience as a Customer Care Agent further strengthened my understanding of customer needs and service delivery, allowing me to effectively troubleshoot issues and achieve performance targets. My background in eco-friendly projects as an EVS Volunteer has also instilled in me a strong sense of community and sustainability.
