What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate cases or operations, support clients and teams bilingually, and use my administrative, medical scheduling, and legal communication experience.

At MiCARE, I manage more than 100 personal injury cases remotely, coordinating treatment, MRIs, specialists, medical records, bills, clinics, attorneys, and patients in English and Spanish.

I was promoted from Patient Coordinator to Case Manager within four months after supporting appointment scheduling, clinic coordination, medical-report requests, and bilingual patient communication. I also train new employees on company procedures and build strong working relationships with medical providers and legal offices.

Previously, I handled financial administration, budgeting, purchasing, event coordination, and public service for El Sistema de Orquestas in Venezuela. I bring more than 10 years of experience across administration, medical case coordination, customer service, and operations support.
