At Apple Inc., I built shared platform infrastructure and provisioning capabilities that let teams deploy, monitor, and update applications without restarts. I also helped reduce onboarding and deployment from days to minutes.

I developed and productionized an AI-powered Slack engineering assistant used by thousands of developers. It applies RAG, MCP, and tool-calling workflows to search internal knowledge and take action across engineering systems.

At International Bank of Azerbaijan, I led architecture and performance work on the ABB Mobile Retail Banking Platform, addressing service disruptions through database optimization, reactive interactions, and resilience patterns. I also directed common microservice and middleware architecture across banking services and approximately 12 engineering squads.

Across Crossover, Optiva, and other teams, I architected cloud-native platforms and automated provisioning and delivery workflows. My work has included secure AWS workstations for assessments, telecom charging deployments on GCP, and document-management systems for the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
