What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex fintech and digital transformation programs involving cross-functional teams, product delivery, platform migrations, revenue assurance, and high-impact mobile money solutions.

At MTN Uganda MoMo Technology, I delivered the migration of the MoMo Advance overdraft platform from Optasia to Mindigital/CredTech, impacting more than 8 million customers with zero critical customer-facing disruption.

I manage 21 concurrent NextGen product demands across lending, payments, investments, merchant services, wallet solutions, and platform enhancements. I also lead MTN Uganda's Revenue Assurance implementation with Latro and MTN Group, supporting more than 20 controls, and coordinate the migration of partner integrations from Open API to One API.

Previously, at Portament Co LTD, I improved automation reliability through debugging, queue monitoring, Python testing, GraphQL integration testing, and React-based workflow UI improvements.
