I’m looking to lead PMO/portfolio and program delivery in fintech or payments, strengthening governance and Agile execution while turning complex initiatives into measurable outcomes and resilient delivery for stakeholders.

I am a PMO and portfolio delivery professional with over 7 years of experience leading strategic fintech, payments, digital transformation, and enterprise technology initiatives across East Africa. As a PMP®, PRINCE2®, and SAFe® certified leader with a software engineering foundation, I drive delivery excellence in highly regulated financial services, building delivery readiness through project intake governance and enforcing compliance, contractual, financial, operational, and business readiness requirements.

I lead program and portfolio execution end-to-end: establishing PMO governance frameworks, managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, supporting Program Increment (PI) Planning, and steering delivery risks, dependencies, and executive governance forums. My impact includes payments switching and card issuance integrations, agency banking transformation, remittance and bill payment integrations, digital collections (IPG & mobile money), the Autopay platform rebuild across subsidiaries, merchant acquiring rollout, and a sustained PR–DR failover exercise to validate RTOs/RPOs and strengthen operational resilience.
