At MTN Uganda, I lead digital services, partner ecosystems, and product commercialization initiatives that support digital transformation and market growth. My work has contributed to a 6% increase in market share through digital distribution, CVM initiatives, and content services.

I coordinate digital product rollouts end to end—from requirements gathering and vendor engagement through integration, testing, launch, and performance tracking. I use subscriber uptake, channel readiness, and revenue metrics to improve visibility, customer journeys, and product penetration.

Previously, as an IT Project Manager at MTN Uganda, I helped design and launch Mobile Money products including bulk payments, bank integrations, merchant and corporate collections, savings, and loan products. I also led MTN Uganda’s migration from Remedy to ServiceNow across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM, establishing governance and process controls.

I bring more than 10 years of experience across telecommunications, digital services, mobile financial services, payments, and ICT. I enjoy turning market opportunities, partner relationships, and cross-functional delivery into commercially meaningful digital products and stronger customer experiences.
