What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply monitoring and evaluation, healthcare data analysis, community assessment, and quality improvement skills to help organizations turn community needs and complex data into practical public health strategies.

I've supported federal, nonprofit, healthcare, and community-based public health initiatives, translating healthcare data and community needs into actionable recommendations. At NORC at the University of Chicago, I managed large healthcare databases and produced reports, dashboards, and presentations for CDC, CMS, and HRSA.

My work spans monitoring and evaluation, quality improvement, community health assessment, and data quality assurance. I’ve validated survey, hospital-system, and program-report data; built validation tools to improve reporting accuracy; and analyzed healthcare utilization, outcomes, and performance measures.

Currently, I conduct community needs assessments and root cause analyses for Metro Atlanta populations at the Diabetes Association of Atlanta, using findings to identify healthcare access barriers and inform program planning.
