I’m a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in process optimization, CRM/ERP management, and bridging the gap between IT and stakeholders. I support end-to-end delivery—from requirements gathering to UAT and post-implementation training—so teams can move with clarity and confidence.

I collaborate with clients and internal groups to identify process gaps, propose data-driven solutions, and transform business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and technical documentation. I extract and analyze data using SQL, Python, and Excel to generate real-time insights and actionable resolutions.

I lead cross-functional coordination using Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), maintaining agile artifacts and driving daily scrum meetings. I design wireframes and process flow diagrams with Figma and Lucidchart, and I use Jira and Confluence to keep requirements, workflows, and product documentation consistent.

In my post-implementation work, I help teams with user training and support, and I evaluate system performance for optimization. I’m especially proud of my ability to facilitate clear communication and smooth handoffs between stakeholders, developers, and operations for high-quality deliverables.
