I'm currently supporting CSL Plasma in Maple Shade as an Assistant Center Manager, helping run daily center operations, reviewing KPIs, managing inventory and staff schedules, conducting audits, and coaching employees.

I've progressed through roles at CSL Plasma including Center Supervisor, Group Lead Phlebotomist, Plasmapheresis Technician, Plasma Processing Technician, and Medical Screener Receptionist Technician. I support donor flow, staffing, compliance, training, documentation, processing, and exceptional customer service in challenging circumstances.

I perform phlebotomy, donor screening, vital signs, blood and plasma collection, specimen handling, sterile procedures, and laboratory documentation. I've also maintained, calibrated, inspected, and troubleshot medical equipment, including PCS2 and RIKA machines.

My medical assistant training and internship at Reliance Medical Group strengthened my experience with urinalysis, EKGs, billing information, eye exams, pain management, and preparing laboratory samples. I speak English and Spanish.
