At Grifols, I lead daily plasma donor center operations in Edmond, balancing donor safety, product quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. I support quality investigations, identify trends and process gaps, and work with Quality and other departments on corrective actions and process improvements.
I played a key role in opening the Edmond plasma center and assisted with staff training and the Nexlynk launch. I’ve also developed training materials adopted for standard orientation, supported audit responses, and served as head of the center’s safety committee.
