Led end-to-end implementation of Zoho People and Zoho Recruit, scaling HR technology from 60 employees to over 800 across 3 locations. Created HR technology training programme and combined HR partnership with service delivery for two IT accounts.

Managed full-cycle IT and professional-services recruitment and advised stakeholders on recruitment and talent-attraction strategies. Partnered with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing on employer branding initiatives.
