I’m looking for a senior RGM/commercial role in FMCG/CPG where I can own TPM/RGM execution, pricing and trade investment ROI, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance through workshop-led, data-driven decisions.

I’m a Senior RGM and Commercial professional with 10+ years of FMCG/CPG experience, owning Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) frameworks across Mondelez and Beiersdorf. As a Certified RGM Expert (Brandon Hall Group Silver), I translate SAP-based commercial environments into fact-based recommendations—covering pack-price architecture, promotional investment analysis, and OBPPC/TPM.

I lead multi-workstream initiatives through cross-functional workshops and senior stakeholder management, presenting recommendations directly to Commercial Directors and VP-level leadership. In my most recent role, I owned RGM across 7 product categories in SEE markets; at Mondelez, I delivered $3.5M gross profit improvement by executing RGM framework work across pricing elasticity, promotional spend optimization, and assortment rationalization—grounded in Nielsen, SAP, IBP, and Power BI.
