In my current role, I built and scaled a 21-person cross-functional team across Product, Marketing, CRM, SEO, Analytics, Design, and Commercial functions. I also grew digital brand authority from 0 to 46 and manage 120+ strategic relationships across acquisition, media, technology, and commercial partners.

Across international digital platforms, I've connected Product, Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Commercial teams to improve acquisition, onboarding, transaction journeys, retention, and customer lifetime value. My work contributed to more than $9M in commercial revenue and supported six international product launches.

I work comfortably between strategy and execution, using KPI dashboards, experimentation, market intelligence, and clear operating rhythms to turn customer data into practical growth priorities.
