I’m a highly motivated computer and technology enthusiast with hands-on experience spanning software, hardware, computer networks, and IT support. I build on a strong foundation in networking and security concepts, virtual machine management, and operating systems including Windows Server and some Linux Distributions.

I’m also Cisco certified at the Associate level and actively improving my technical breadth through professional certifications and continuous learning. With a Responsive Web Design certification, I’ve strengthened my practical skills in HTML and CSS alongside my core networking focus.

In the field, I troubleshoot real connectivity issues with customer-first professionalism. As a FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN, I diagnosed and reported Copper, L1 and L2 connectivity faults within customer premises and outside (DSLAM/Central OTE), managing customer interactions and complaints with clarity and responsibility.

As a FIBER OPTICS TECHNICIAN (PAPPOS FIBER), I developed proficiency in fiber optics splicing and installation preparation quickly, activated internet connections, and used OTDR for precise measurements. Beyond technical work, I bring a detail-oriented mindset from roles in customer care and transcription—where data protection and privacy, accurate documentation, and careful proofreading mattered every day.
