What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote EU or US opportunities, or relocation, where I can lead hands-on Java platform and distributed-systems work, shape architecture, mentor engineers, and improve delivery through strong engineering practices.

At Alfa-Bank, I lead platform tooling for Camunda 8 and Zeebe, turning risky workflow-cluster operations into repeatable procedures adopted by around 15 product teams. I build Java and Kotlin services for shard-aware routing, distributed tracing, analytics, BPMN review, and shared virtual-thread libraries.

Previously at M.Video-Eldorado, I led a seven-engineer e-commerce backend team across roughly 15 microservices, migrated 14 services from Oracle to PostgreSQL, increased a core service from 1,300 to 5,000 RPS, and rolled out Java 21 virtual threads for an approximately 11% throughput gain. I enjoy hands-on technical leadership, architecture decisions, mentoring, and using AI-assisted engineering to improve delivery quality and test coverage.

Owns technical direction of platform tooling for a distributed workflow engine, including horizontal broker scaling and partition-rebalancing tooling. Designed a load-balancing proxy layer with distributed tracing and built an analytics application on Elasticsearch, replacing licensed vendor tooling.
