Previously at VTB Bank, I reframed slow corporate-card issuance into an end-to-end workflow and led a small engineering and design team, replacing fragmented manual approvals with an integrated back-office product that delivered an order-of-magnitude improvement in processing speed. Earlier at RESO-Garantia Insurance, I automated insurance pricing, validation, contract-generation, and compliance workflows, more than halving compliance-check processing time.
