I’m a Strategic PMO Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist with a Master’s degree in Competitive Intelligence. I bring expertise in managing complex project ecosystems, including orchestrating 1,000+ contractors across Tier-1 global vendors (Accenture, Deloitte, SAP, Salesforce).

In my current PMO Analyst role (Sep 2024 - Present), I directly manage the onboarding, technical integration, and troubleshooting for 700 direct contractors (totaling 1,000+ across partners) for CCEP’s flagship project. I architect a live project-health ecosystem by integrating Power BI with Confluence, and I develop SharePoint Metadata structures to govern deliverables with 100% compliance to deadlines and approval conditions.

Earlier, as Project Lead & Procurement Specialist (Integrated Graduate Rotation) (Sep 2022 - Sep 2024), I led end-to-end delivery for a regional Event Logistics project across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. I conducted high-stakes negotiations with 40+ European suppliers and centralized digitized pricing catalogs into SAP Ariba, while applying Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce operational waste; I also executed daily SOX controls and Capex reconciliations and automated performance analytics using SAP Data Cubes and Alteryx to reduce manual reporting cycles by 40%.
