At Ultraloyalty, I’m fully accountable for multi-client delivery and led the end-to-end migration of Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) onto a newly built loyalty system—covering costing, technical design, capacity sizing, Redis Sentinel high-availability topology, and production readiness.
