I'm looking to formalize my people leadership in an Engineering Manager role while remaining close to the code, guiding architecture and technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering reliable products with Product and Design.

I've led full-stack engineering at PT. Finansial Integrasi Teknologi, guiding a five-engineer squad while building and evolving regulated fintech systems. I combine hands-on architecture with daily technical direction, code review, mentoring, and delivery planning.

I led a migration from monolithic SOAP services to Node.js and TypeScript microservices, delivering a 70% performance improvement with zero downtime. I also built event-driven systems with RabbitMQ, delivered 20+ backend microservices, and helped maintain 99.9% uptime for a platform processing 600–700+ daily transactions.

More recently at Nomni, I built analytics APIs, reward-rule engines, transaction approval and settlement workflows, and multi-channel messaging capabilities. I'm looking to grow into an Engineering Manager role while staying close enough to the code to make credible technical decisions.
