What I'm looking for

I want BI and data science roles (Switzerland/EMEA) where I bring executive clarity—data governance, ML-powered analytics, and AI-driven workflows—often as Chief of Staff or senior program leader.

I make complex things clear, and clear things happen.

20+ years in data, business intelligence, and analytics, with audit, operations excellence, and executive strategy along the way. Not the most obvious path, but it means I’ve sat in rooms most people only ever see one side of. That’s the part I wouldn’t trade.

13 years at Amazon, the last chapter building ML-powered analytics for customer experience and VOC programs at global scale: forecasting what would hurt customers before it did, standardizing data governance across hundreds of initiatives, and keeping hundreds-plus experts aligned on what mattered. I led program governance at a scale where the margin for error is zero. The kind of work that is invisible until something goes wrong, and then it’s the reason nothing did.

Most recently at AWS, I’ve taken that same instinct for clarity into the executive layer, acting as de facto Chief of Staff for a thousand-person global public sector organisation across EMEA, LATAM, and APJ, sitting between the VPs and everything that needs a decision, a filter, or an owner. I design the AI-driven workflow automation and executive briefings that changed how the organisation runs, and prepare my executives for rooms with ministers and C-suite leaders.

The thread connecting all of it? I care. About the work, about the people in the room, and about what happens after I leave.
