What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role where I can build robust data platforms, drive governance, deliver executive reporting, mentor people, and partner with stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

I am a BI & Analytics manager with experience building data platforms, executive reporting, and data governance to empower leadership with reliable insights.

At Docebo I lead initiatives including DBT-based data model refactoring, sales forecasting, territory penetration analysis, and ARR reporting to support top management decisions.

Previously I led BI technical projects at Volkswagen Group Italia, migrating legacy BI and CRM into AWS, coordinating the first Data Lake development, and acting as IT key account manager for commercial vehicles.

I hold a Master in Material Physics and a First Level Master in BI & Big Data Analytics; I combine analytical rigor with stakeholder-focused delivery to turn complex data into actionable business value.
