I'm building on central banking risk management experience, supporting risk governance, documentation, reporting, and internal decision-making in a highly regulated financial environment.

At the Central Bank of Nigeria, I prepared risk-related records and management information while applying a controls-focused approach to compliance, stakeholder communication, and operational discipline.

Before this, I led HR governance and employee relations work at the Institute of Human Virology, maintaining audit-ready personnel records, supporting compliance across more than 16 grant-funded programme areas, and managing recruitment controls and contract administration.

Across public sector and not-for-profit organisations, I've supported policy implementation, performance processes, data validation, training coordination, and secure documentation. I'm targeting UK-based operational risk, enterprise risk, governance, compliance, and HR risk opportunities.
