What I'm looking for
I am a hardworking risk professional with broad experience in first line of defence, customer service and operational risk. I take pride in identifying issues and driving remediation to deliver good outcomes for customers.
In my current Risk & Control Representative role I perform root cause analysis, design action plans, and follow through on mitigations while ensuring compliance with controls, policies and regulations. I regularly lead QA checks, transaction reconciliations and pathway reviews and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Previously I was an Investment Operations Technical Supervisor where I supervised and trained onshore and offshore colleagues, produced MI, managed reconciliations and oversight of regulated CASS breaches, and acted as a technical referral point. I have experience resolving complaints, drafting client communications, and contributing to projects and work migrations.
I enjoy stakeholder engagement, coaching colleagues, and improving control frameworks through practical, evidence-backed actions. I am seeking opportunities to apply my remediation, project management and control-implementation skills to reduce operational risk and improve processes.
