What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role in GRC, IT Risk, Technology Risk, Compliance, IT Audit or Third-Party Risk, where my investigative, analytical and stakeholder-management skills can transfer directly.

At Monzo Bank Limited, I investigate complex and sensitive complaints, reviewing evidence and applying regulatory requirements and internal policies to reach and document appropriate outcomes.

I also handle disputes and chargeback cases, assessing transaction information against scheme rules and guidelines. In the Financial Ombudsman Service unit, I reviewed case histories and supported the firm’s responses to matters raised by the Ombudsman.

My casework includes root-cause analysis, managing escalated cases within defined deadlines, and maintaining accurate records and audit trails. I work with specialist and operational teams to establish facts and support evidence-based decisions.

Alongside this experience, I’ve completed training in cybersecurity, IT audit and GRC, covering risk assessment, control testing and gap analysis. I’m now seeking a role in GRC, IT Risk, Technology Risk, Compliance, IT Audit or Third-Party Risk.
