At Fidelity Bank Plc, I worked with customer, credit, transaction and financial data to support lending decisions, reporting and operations. I identified incomplete or inaccurate information and introduced controls and process improvements to reduce errors.

I contributed to the development and implementation of a lending product for the Nigeria Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). I worked with Credit, Legal and Risk stakeholders on approval, verification and control requirements; the facility achieved strong utilisation while maintaining very low non-performing exposure.

As General Manager – Lending & Compliance Oversight at Winman Nigeria Ltd, I led customer-facing operations in a regulated lending environment. I oversaw customer and lending information, monitored KPIs and compliance indicators, and supported corrective action.

I'm currently developing specialist Data Governance capability in frameworks, data quality, ownership, stewardship and lineage. In my current role as Customer Service Coordinator at Pilgrim's Food Masters, I maintain accurate digital records, coordinate issue resolution and contribute to process improvement.
