I’m an Application Support Engineer focused on supporting enterprise applications in large, user-heavy environments. I provide second-level support, troubleshoot issues, and develop technical solutions that help application users work effectively.
Across my Total E&P roles (2013–present, with multiple contract engagements), I’ve served as a key point of contact for PI-related systems, including PI Server, PI ProcessBook, PI Datalink, PI Vision, and PI AF. I manage PI tag replication between sites and HQ when network issues arise, and I liaise with ICSS engineers to create and integrate PI-to-PI interfaces while monitoring interface services.
I’m hands-on with troubleshooting and support tooling—using the PI SDK Utility to manage connections, add PI Archive servers, and read/interpret message logs. I also manage application user accesses and creations, support Go-Live and Post-Go Live application testing, and record and track user incidents through ServiceNow.
I bring an execution mindset grounded in documentation and process improvement. I prepare and validate installation/support procedures to company standards, coordinate integration/customization with external consultants, and support system upgrades and upgrades planning. Alongside my main role, I’ve worked as an IT Manager (part-time) and independent software consultant—maintaining an internal company website (WordPress) and providing software solutions via required system changes and updates.
