I am an IT professional with extensive experience managing application delivery, implementation, and support for enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics Business Central, IBM DMS, SysAid and multiple in-house applications. I lead incident, change and release management processes and coordinate vendor and stakeholder relationships to drive timely resolutions and improved user experience.
Throughout my career I have led functional implementations, UAT and rollouts of banking and HR systems, supported SQL and Oracle databases, performed disaster recovery testing and implemented ITIL best practices. I have also developed knowledge bases, run training and knowledge-sharing sessions, and produced analytical reports to support decision-making.
