What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead programs and operations that combine community service delivery, digital solutions, clean mobility, and measurable social impact in Rwanda.

I've managed rural water infrastructure serving 10,000+ households across eight districts in Rwanda, leading field teams, budgets, community stakeholders, and maintenance operations at PAAK KAM Ltd.

As founder of Exceed Rwanda Ltd, I've scaled an IT services firm delivering 100+ client projects in web development, digital solutions, and technology services. I'm also developing OpenMind Haven, a digital mental health platform in Rwanda, and co-founded CCXI Ltd to make clean urban mobility accessible and scalable.
