I’m an HR & GA Officer with Sales Supervision experience, bringing a structured, detail-oriented approach to recruitment, employee administration, and operational execution. I manage end-to-end hiring (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding) and ensure HR processes run smoothly through strong coordination and follow-through.

In General Affairs and operations, I administer employee contracts, handle attendance and payroll coordination, and support leave management while maintaining clear SOPs and company policies. I also oversee office operations, procurement, vendor coordination, facilities, company assets, and operational permits—so teams have the environment they need to perform.

On the sales side, I supervise team performance, monitor target achievement, and support revenue growth through sales strategy development, briefings, and training sessions. I’m comfortable with reporting and analysis—developing monthly HR and sales performance reports, tracking KPIs, and using data to improve productivity and business outcomes.
