I am an HR & GA Specialist/Officer with 15+ years of experience supporting end-to-end human resources and general affairs operations in manufacturing and retail environments. I focus on HR administration, payroll coordination, employee benefits (BPJS), licensing, ISO compliance, and asset management—always with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

In my current role, I maintain and update HR records for 80–150 employees, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. I support monthly payroll processing with 100% accuracy by validating attendance and overtime data, and I administer employee benefits for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan across the same workforce range.

I also handle employee contracts, HR letters, policy documentation, and company regulations/SOPs to stay aligned with labor regulations. I manage corporate business licensing and renewals on time, support ISO 9001:2015 documentation and audits with no major audit findings, and maintain asset records for accurate tracking and audit readiness.
