I'm looking to contribute to B2B operations, fraud/risk, KYC/AML, product operations, or data analytics work where I can improve onboarding journeys, strengthen compliance, and use KPI reporting to drive delivery outcomes.

I've delivered 21+ enterprise B2B onboarding projects for Etisalat e& UAE's EngageX platform at Ufone/PTCL, including work for PepsiCo UAE, Etihad Airways, Emirates NBD, and DP World—all delivered on time.

I build Power BI dashboards for operational KPIs, maintain structured project databases, and improve onboarding processes through standardized checklists. I also coordinate with Meta and NICE CXone technical teams to reduce escalation resolution time and prevent high-priority SLA breaches.
