At Libyan Spider, I plan and execute client data migrations across hosting environments and external providers, covering cPanel accounts, mailboxes, databases, and DNS. I map source and destination records and verify data integrity after cutover.
I also work with MariaDB/MySQL backups and restores, provision private-cloud resources with OpenStack, and deploy containerised applications with Docker and Docker Compose.
For my Document Ingestion Pipeline for LLM Retrieval project, I built a Python crawler that collected 800+ knowledge base articles, cleaned and chunked the content, and loaded embeddings into PostgreSQL/pgvector for semantic retrieval.
I also fine-tuned an Arabic sentence embedding model for question-answer retrieval. Earlier, at Fuse Center, I developed and delivered a car diagnostics curriculum with hands-on training and technical documentation in Arabic and English.
