At Libyan Spider, I design and maintain multi-tenant cloud environments on Virtuozzo Hybrid Infrastructure, covering compute, storage, and networking for production client workloads.

I build and operate deployment pipelines with Ansible, AWX, and Terraform. I also run log and telemetry pipelines that parse and normalize host data in Graylog before indexing it in Elasticsearch.

In my current role, I support Docker and Kubernetes applications, monitor infrastructure with Zabbix and telemetry tools, and investigate failures across infrastructure and application layers. I also implement Cloudflare security policies and maintain troubleshooting runbooks and architecture documentation.

My earlier Technical Support Engineer work at Libyan Spider covered hosting, VPS, and dedicated server support, along with customer database and mail migrations. For my University of Tripoli graduation project, I trained and evaluated a Python/TensorFlow multimodal CNN for speech emotion recognition, achieving 92% classification accuracy; I’m motivated to grow into full-stack data engineering.
