I’m an analytically-minded professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, combining an engineering mindset with hands-on IT operations and technical support. I’ve built my data analytics foundation through targeted Power BI training—especially data modeling, DAX, transformation, and visualization—plus an end-to-end customer churn case study in Power BI.

In my recent work as a Help Desk Engineer at the Citizenship Service Center, Tripoli, I diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. I install and maintain computers, printers, and office applications, troubleshoot connectivity problems across departments, and apply structured root-cause thinking to recurring issues to improve IT efficiency.

Before that, I worked as a Web Designer for Alasala Furniture Company and Technocrat Gathering, where I designed, developed, and maintained organizational websites. This experience strengthened my ability to support business needs through reliable, user-facing solutions and responsive technical maintenance.

I’m a fast learner and detail-oriented, and I enjoy working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn data into clear, actionable decisions. I’m also continuing to expand my analytics and technical toolkit through training such as IBM’s “Introduction to Data Engineering” and courses covering data analysis with Python, Excel, and SQL.
