I build resilient backend systems, APIs, databases, and deployment infrastructure.

At the University of Tripoli, I make technical decisions across API design, PostgreSQL database modeling, and system architecture.

I refactored a legacy PostgreSQL schema spanning more than 20 tables and migrated thousands of unclean legacy records to the redesigned structure with minimal downtime.

I reverse engineer functionality without access to legacy source code, containerize development and deployment environments with Docker, and set up Git-based CI/CD pipelines.

I'm also developing a RAG pipeline for extracting functional requirements from legal text, using Gemma 4, and Qwen Embedding to improve answer relevance and reduce hallucinations.
