At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, I support the Mohs in Dermatology Program Director and Associate Program Director through complex scheduling, events, reimbursements, presentations, and program logistics.
I coordinate the full MSDO Fellowship lifecycle, from application review and interviews through recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and scheduling, while following ACGME and institutional standards. I also organize multidisciplinary tumor boards and CME events for specialists managing complex cases.
Previously, I managed dermatology office operations, trained new coordinators, and registered more than 300 patient visits monthly at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center. I bring healthcare administration, process improvement, compliance-driven workflows, and bilingual Korean communication to patient-centered clinical teams.
