What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead a motivated team, drive measurable sales targets, and use my outbound/customer-relationship strengths to build lasting partnerships in a positive, challenging environment.

I’m a caring, self-motivated professional with a strong passion for upgrading my knowledge and helping people through clear, detailed work. I’m organized and an effective communicator, including with patients and customers in two languages, and I bring a positive, cheerful attitude to every challenge.

I’ve built a strong foundation through A-Levels in Information Technology, Business Studies, Mathematics and Physics, plus NVQ training in engineering in Welding and in light vehicle motor mechanics. I also developed practical computer confidence, using MS Word and PowerPoint, and working with databases and spreadsheets in Access and Excel.

In my Sales Manager role, I directed and oversaw sales policies, objectives, and initiatives—setting short- and long-term sales strategies, forecasting quotas, and evaluating sales program effectiveness. I led, coached, developed, and motivated a sales force to meet monthly sales targets and KPI goals, provided on-the-ground support to close new deals, and delivered daily reporting and VOC data.

I’ve also strengthened my leadership and problem-solving across operations and customer-facing roles, from line-leading on conveyor machinery and supervising logistics routes to outbound sales at energy and telecom campaigns. Whether it’s driving targets at CC33/Octopus Energy or helping customers with BT services at Voice Marketing, I consistently enjoy performance and growth through challenge.
