What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design customer journeys that improve conversion and commercial outcomes, collaborating across product, engineering, marketing, content, retail, and operations.

At Resorts World Sentosa, I redesign hotel benefits and campaign pages, create launch mockups, and evaluate web ecosystems to improve discoverability, booking flow, and conversion.

Previously at Castlery, I helped deliver an O2O experience with approximately 40% conversion and redesigned cart, checkout, and POS workflows. My work spans SaaS, e-commerce, user research, prototyping, and cross-functional product delivery.
