I am a passionate product designer currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media with a minor in Human Factors at Singapore University of Social Sciences. My journey in design began with a Diploma in Interior Design, which laid the foundation for my understanding of aesthetics and functionality. I have honed my skills through various internships, where I collaborated with cross-functional teams to create impactful design solutions.

During my time at Carousell Group, I spearheaded end-to-end design projects that resulted in a 4.1% increase in monthly revenue. My role involved building and documenting design system components, which enhanced platform consistency. At Oddysee, I led a UI/UX overhaul that improved user retention by 25%. I thrive in environments where I can leverage my skills in UX research, prototyping, and stakeholder management to create user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.
